Seems like SFTP is not running on your Synology NAS (192.168.0.40). We would need it in order to get it working.

Jiri, I can see there are some 3rd party plugins are loaded on a startup. Could you please delete/rename your plugins folder and check PhpStorm after that? Issue might've been causing by Atlassian ...

They're global. Project settings are stored with each specific project as a set of xml files under the .idea folder. I guess you can give it a try on a spare PhpStorm installation (if you have one)...
