Try hitting Alt+Enter and then select "Uninject language..." there. You can also search for it at File | Settings | Editor | Language Injections & disable/remove it: it should be under "IDE" scope.

This is not supported unfortunately. You can submit this to our tracker at http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA#newissue=yes although I think I saw a similar request but I can't find it now.
