I realy dont know. So I could change it to 63342?

Yes settings->Build, Execution, Deploy->Debugger listen on port 8080. But why?

Hmm now it works. I swear I tried it few times before and it was still on the windows-1252. Thanks. My bad.

No I cant. I tried it few times but is is still on windows-1252 Who came with this idea? I am afraid it will have problem with asserting utf8 text on the pagees...

I found it. But it is not under Project but under Project structure.

Thanks, project files solves the problem. The problem with Git was that I did not see added files and couldn't remove it from Git via PhpStorm.
