IIRC that used to work ok in previous build (but now it fails for me, too).If you file a bug I'll vote for it:http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA

It's even worse if file names are colored by VCS.On my notebook's lcd green on dark blue is almost unreadable - see screenshot.Attachment(s):tab.png
