You're right, off course: When I try with getAaaBbbCcc() IDEA 3 also only suggests "aaaBbbCcc", "bbbCcc" and "ccc".Sorry for that. I'm gonna file a feature tracker entry.

Oops, sorry. I have mapped all those Ctrl-Alt-... refactor shortcuts to simply Alt-... (which off course makes the menu mnemonics unusable, but I don't care).So I didn't notice that.
