Gosh. Just DON'T USE THE EAP builds.Or else stop whining and start to help Intellij by checking the log file, checking the tracker database and create new tracker entries for things that don't work...

Quite unusual setup. However I think IDEA should be able to deal with that and commit every folder in the project that is under CVS control.I propose you file a tracker entry for this.
