Reported to BashSupport (https://github.com/jansorg/BashSupport/issues/395) and already patched/updated in Intellij plugin repository.

Think I've found the problem, looks to be the BashSupport plugin causing problems. It got updated to 1.6.2 at same time as the 2016.3.2 update. If I disable this plugin I can reindex fully.

I guess what I find most confusing about that is if I turn autocommit off and hit refresh it tells me it'll loose all my changes - so why doesn't it update fully? Also if you submit, but haven't ye...
