For now this is available in source form from:http://sf.net/projects/ivytools (which is down right now, typical)If someone else has stuff they want to add to it, I'm sure Xavier wouldn't mind addin...

I don't understand the need for a Resin plugin... I run Resin directly from the main() method and point it at my resin.xml file. This way it can look right at the JSP sources and my compiled classe...
