I think you can also click on the properties icon in the 'ant build' tool window (second icon from the right in 4.0) and add the library to the additional paths tab. At least that worked for me.

I'm thinking now that I messed up when I backed up my configuration. I used drag and drop and instead of copying the files, it moved them. Thus idea errored properly because it couldn't find anyt...
