Hi, Retested today, issue has disappeared. This time all local commits were made under IDEA 2016.2. May be this was the reason there were no issue.

That is a known problem - stdout and stderr output is mixed - IDEA-70016.Look like it's a long standing issue. Can you please suggest a work around?
