Or, can anyone let me know how I can debug IntelliJ to see what's going on when it tries to connect to perforce?

Ok, so it turns out perforce is not broken, only the config screen is. And it's only with version before 2004.2. See IDEADEV-14053 for more info.

All Struts inspections are disabled. In "Errors" I disabled:- Struts inspection- Tiles inspection- Validator inspection- Struts Validator For InspectionAre there any others I should be aware of? ...

That option doesn't show me what program IntelliJ is trying to run and what p4 command it's trying. I'd like to get the raw output so I can track down the issue at a p4 level.
