I'm getting this problem as well.So is another coworker.The workaround in that issue doesn't work for me. (I posted in that thread why)Actually, I'm getting it in 123.63

Actually, I don't have IDETalk configured in any way. It's "on" - which is to say that it's not a disabled plugin. But I'm not using it.So, I don't know why it's trying to contact intellijoin anyway.
