For info: I now removed the aspecj support plugin again, and I can't seem to remove the file type. If I remove it, it is back after restarting IntelliJ. Please help on how to get rid of it.

This is already possible if you edit the ipr file manually like this: jar://Z:/Repository -> jar:////servername/share/Repository
