couldn't be this idea always prompts you to create one if one is not defined, sounds like you have not told idea where your source directory is, have you created a project?

Hi,Jacques the problem is in the velocity.init() after setting the extended properties, basically it throws ClassNotFoundException, it cannot find the custom class resource loader or the logWrapper...
