The P4 integration has some major issues around how it works with P4 workspaces that have content outside of IDEA module and/or project directories.A colleague of mine has reported similar problems...

Yes, IDEA parses the output of jstack as expected.

Why does support for a more graceful reload require splitting the file up? The two would seem to be orthogonal to me.
