You need to enable the App Server Integration in the project properties.

I deleted everything and recreated my whole project from scratch. This seems to have calmed things down.

It's not a ClearCase plugin bug -- it's happening with most (all?) VCS plugins.I moved back to 807 until this get fixed.

I'm not sure any updates have been needed -- it works fine with the latest class format, as far as I can tell.
