I don't have the "enter" key problem. I downloaded and installed DP10 and 693 yesterday.

Yes it's the font problem.After changing the font things go fine.But the File menu still has some problems...

I do have this problem, too.And set IDEA_POPUP_WEIGHT to medium doesn't help.
