It's back again. Now, the added directory is present in the artifact configuration but resources are not foudn... can't reproduce it on smaller project. The log doesn't contain anything suspisouce,...

it's in a sibling module and it's not modified during build. The IDEA is IU 135.480.

I have it, at least /usr/share/java/jayatanaag.jar exists. Is there anything else I should configure/install?

it was in ~/.IntelliJIdea2016.1/idea.vmoptions and if this is written to the log: JVM Args: -Xbootclasspath/a:/opt/idea/bin/../lib/boot.jar -javaagent:/usr/share/java/jayatanaag.jar -Djb.vmOption...

same with oracle jdk. So it looks like it's something wrong with jayatana and/or ubuntu. Thank you for helpming!

PS: In Languages&Frameworks Javascript language version is set to ECMAScript 6. And it also reports false errors for es6 inside html.
