From my research, there are many reasons the tables may not display. I had this problem and have been working on it for days... the solution for me (for everyone's reference) was to "Force Refresh"...

My question is around calling "ulimit -c unlimited" so Java core dumps work... but I believe the answer to my question and the OP are the same.

Hmmm... it seems the instructions at the link I gave only work when the application server is set up just like in that page.I am using TomEE Plus 1.5.2 and apparently it doesn't support generation ...
