Bond Han as I said I removed %appdata%/Jetbrains folder and did a clean reinstall of Intellij 2024.3 the logs are clean now 😅

Just do a clean installation 2024.3 and removing /Jetbrains folder from %APPDATA% fixed the problem. Something in the update broke everything
