But if you can put the dashed underline in couldn't you put a gutter icon? It would be very useful to find refactoring errors quickly.

There is nothing in the right gutter nor is there anything in Problems.

This seems to have resurfaced. When I do Ctrl-H (Eclipse keybindings) to bring up the Find in Path window I can no longer press ESC to close the window. The window is not pinned.

Which setting? I tried checking and unchecking Always keep trailing spaces on caret line. Neither worked. I also tried changing Strip trailing spaces on Save: to All but that didn't work either.
