Aha! I finally got it to update. There was a notifications panel which I hadn't seen before and when I scrolled through that, there was a very small link to restart and after doing that, it finally...

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, there is no "patch-update" folder in that directory. Here's a screen shot of what's in that directory.

Interesting that value is currently set at 100 but I'm seeing 1000 results. Seems like this may not be what I'm looking for, but I can give it a shot.

I think I solved the problem. I checked the box for "Passive Mode" in the advanced settings and that seems to have done the trick.

Hmm... that didn't seem to have any effect. There were folders there long names of letters and numbers. Deleting one of them had no effect on the consoles that appear in the database tab.
