ok, i have found the issue. i was running pytorch code with num_workers in dataset > 0 (which spawns a child process to load data) and this caused pycharm debugging to not work

Thanks Sergey. I downgraded to previous pycharm then upgraded again and it somehow started working. one thing that is different is i didnt turn off and then turned on all of my plugins. maybe that ...

disabling all plugins and then re-enabling them worked for me the tools menu had many duplicate entries for things like xml actions etc. after reenabling plugins it was back to normal. looks like m...

also if i go to preferences and try to change some shortcut there to use that right mouse button it gets mapped to "mouse button 3" - is that supposed to be the right mouse button?
