I've started to learn how to use Docker, and this has been a bit of a road-block for me. Glad to see that it's being worked on.

@Andriy, Yep that looks like the issue i'm having, though i also found https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-26151 first which was marked as duplicate of a completely diffrent issue
