Maybe I forgot about the option+cmd ... because option+cmd+arrows works for navigating.So I guess: no problem here, besides the fact that the IntelliJ Navigate menu suggests to use "cmd ö" and "cmd ä"

When I do that, I get the same file count each time. And doing an "expand all" there is "good enough of a user experience"(definitely better than what VS code gives me). So, this is a good workarou...

I see very much the same thing: in our multi project gradle build, like every sub project main test "folder" in the package view shows me plenty of completely empty packages that absolutely do not ...

Addendum: it is correct that VS code supports the "jsonc" format, but unfortunately it defines comments as "//". So VS code rejects # comments.
