Hi, thank you for the answers.I've tested all my hardware components but no one has any problem. I have uninstalled the JVM by removing any previous exceptions. A fresh installation has solved!

I've launched mdsched.exe with no errors.I'm trying to launch other inspection tools.I will post result as soon as possible. Thank you!

NOTE: I've update my PHPStorm to the latest 64bit version and I installed the JRE proposed but the problem persists.
