My version is: PS F:\programs\mysql-5.7.23-winx64\bin> ./mysqldump -Vmysqldump Ver 10.13 Distrib 5.7.23, for Win64 (x86_64)

I just had the same issue. Here is a Screenshot: I just selected the mysqldump executable via the file picker. Maybe it is an unsupported version of mysqldump?
