I've just updated to the latest version 2019.3 and the project list has been cleared (op system win10). I tried to update the plugins too but didn't help. Is there a way to import it somehow to get...

I have this issue on 2018.1 :( After 2-4 min the cursor appears again and everything is good but happens 2-3 times a day.

Is there a solution for this? I run a test suite with some integration tests. It would be good to stop on first error.
