I have the same issue on Linux Mint 19.2.

3. IntelliJ application bar icon is "Duke" instead of its own, but second window has the correct one

@Rob Bygrave : switching boot JDK solved window and popup/context menu placement. Using Linux Mint 19 with 3 monitors with the same resolution but different size/dpi

3. When using multiple monitors, popup windows and context menus are not positioned correctly.
