I have the same problem… I have installed Keymap Nationalizer plugin, but option Use national layout for shortcuts does not exist. I use IntelliJ 2025.1

@... thanks 4 Idea team -> you should optimaze open dialog it is very often unstable part of IDE, it is very anoyng sometimes work, but after few update some problems occurs

Simple solution if you deleted autodetected context as me.. Delete your spring module in category modules or facetes, and re-create. It wil do new autodetected context. But it will be great if this...
