Still seeing this error even after adding  -Djdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms=SSLv3, TLSv1.1, RC4, DES, MD5withRSA To the VM options.

I used to do that, however my projects have grown large enough to need 2 or more Python projects and I can't have them opened or attached in the same window because Pycharm doesn't support multiple...

I have another problem. I (mistakenly) resized a window while on a tiling mode (in awesomewm) and it stayed that way. For some reason I can't make it obey the tiling scheme again.

This still happens in PyCharm 2019.1, I have disabled code compatibility inspections but still get an error on any python 3 code (e.g. f-strings, underscore in numbers 100_000, etc.), a workaround ...
