You may set the hot key by yourself, go to settings and type in search field "reopen closed tab", set your prefered hotkey    i used idea 2019.2

i found this little tricky button in Datagrip, it turns on dbms_output without any dbms_output.enable or set serveron etc. Looked how this answer few hours...
