Does it help if you change the File | Settings | Editor | General | Console | Default Encoding? You can also try to add `-Dfile.encoding` in Help -> Custom VM Options and restart the IDE.

The .class files are not editable. You can try to copy the decompiled contents into .java files and see if that helps.
