Okay, the last attempt worked. I went ahead and deleted the entire Jetbrains directory, did hard boot, and reinstalled it. So far it is working!

same here, have tried everything still no luck. No antivirus or firewall blocking either. Was working fine yesterday, now can't get past that error screen
