Aah - it seems it is being set by the Visibility section. I wonder how return types, local variables fall under that. Specially when there is a Variables section (see image)...

We are also annoyed with this problem at our workplace. It would be good if they were separated in to several actions so you could disable it.

It is gradle based.Project structure is similar to this:- project 1- project 2…- project x, x > 15- front-end-project
