Yes! That was my issue! I had unused "external tools" configured and after deleting those I'm happy to report that the context menu is working once again.

There is an issue open here: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-41620 I sure hope someone offers a workaround / fix quickly. 2020.1 is unusable for me without right click context menus working...

Same issue for me with IntelliJ. However, I installed on two different systems and only one of them has this problem.

Thanks updating the BashSupport plugin fixed it for me. Don't forget to restart the IDE after doing the update!
