Thanks, Serge! After I delete .../AppData/Roaming/JetBrains folder, it's working now.

3. Can't navigate to correct line if the target file is not opened

Tried the latest version as suggested. Same issue. If the file is not already opened, it jump to line 1. The mac version works for me, but the windows version in VMWare not working.
