I think it was added to Settings window: IntelliJ → Settings → search for “rich text” and disable it in Editor → General → Rich-Text CopyIt's not available in the registry anymore

I fixed the same issue by enabling the "JavaScript debugger" plugin

3. Debug is disabled for Jest configuration
