I also had to delete tomcat manually two times now. After googling about it, I found this. Pretty sure this is a bug.

I found this via google and it seems exactly like my problem. Sometimes artifacts on the nexus are found, sometimes it will try to force an update and there is no vpn-connection and it doesnt take ...
