@Artiom, this is can achieved with a single kepmap called "Select in Project View" , which is available in PhpStorm v2016.3 or later.

Thanks @olga.  However, the key map you are referring to is not available in phpStorm v2016.2.1.  Someone told me this will be available in v2016.3
