I've found the option. When you are about to commit changes, uncheck "Perform code analysis" located on the right-side of the window.

Just one more thing. How do I change the background colour of 'unknown' class references? I don't know what section of Colours & Fonts this is in.

General > Text > Default text is set to a colour completely different to what is currently in use. I don't know what is overwriting it but I would like to change it.
