Everything was resolved by using "Tools / CMake / Reset cache and reload project". Maybe next time they'll add that to the upgrade script!

Same here. It also doesn't appear to resolve calling a base-class method vs something in the derived class, whilst cmd+B (goto declaration) resolves it correctly.
