IDEA is very very slow using Scala

Since the other thread was closed without letting me respond I will start a new thread. In the other thread their was a disgruntled user who I thought was a little silly for being so angry. But now...

I am beginning to understand the other users disappointment and anger. As time drags on the problem almost seems to get worse. Is JetBrains going to address these issues? If not, what are we paying...

Just went from a Java project to a Scala project. IntelliJ with Scala is barely usable. CPU ranges from upper 100s to about 400. It seems odd to me that I haven't had these issues in any JetBrain...
