JetBrains products can be evaluated and activated entirely offline in restricted environments. Follow these steps:

1. Download the installer
   • Download the required product installer from the JetBrains website (for example, GoLand download page) on a machine with internet access. Transfer the installer to the offline environment using allowed methods such as USB storage or internal secure tools.
2. Obtain an offline activation code
   • For licensed users: Go to JetBrains Account Licenses and use the Download a code for offline activation option to get the activation code (requires internet on a different device).
   • For evaluation (no license yet): Request an offline activation code for trial use from JetBrains Support or your account representative.
3. Activate the product
