Database Properties window can't be resized

Issue

The Database Properties window is stale and has a fixed size upon opening. It's not possible to resize it.

Solution

To resolve this issue, the files in the following directories need to be cleaned up

~/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/your_IDE*
~/Library/Caches/JetBrains
~/Library/Logs/JetBrains
~/Library/Preferences/com.jetbrains.<your_IDE>.plist
