Freezes in CLion after updating to 2026.2.3

Problem

After updating to 2026.2.3, CLion starts freezing (the UI doesn't respond) from time to time and, in some cases, needs to be manually killed.

Cause

Most likely, you encountered the known performance issues IJPL-255654 and CPP-48182.

Resolution

Until the issues are fixed, you can downgrade to CLion 2026.2.2 as a workaround.
