Strange Editor Tab File Icon: Red "R" ?

I renamed a .py file (using Refactor-Rename) and now the editor tab icon isn't the Python snakes, but instead this red "R" type thing.
In the project tree, the file has the usual Python snakes icon.
Anyone know what this is? Picture below. Thanks:

I do not recall such an icon, so perhaps it's coming from some 3rd party plugin. Have you checked that already?
