"After Commit" section missing from Git actions?

I'm seeing references in the documentation to an "after commit" section of my Commit pane which should give me options to automatically upload files on commit, but that section is missing from my dialog. I have all the "Before Commit" options but "After Commit" is missing. Anyone seen this before? I'm on 2022.2.1.

Hello,

After commit menu is accessible by clicking on the cog icon here:

For both New and Old UI, the cog is located in the same place.

My cog is above the Commit Message window, and the list appears like this:

I forgot to mention in my original post, this is CE. Is this a limitation?

Yes, unfortunately, After commit is not presented in Community Edition.
