PyCharm 2023.1 - Missing hover's quick documentation
Hello,
after installing the last PyCharm version, I lost control about getting the quick access to the documentation. It was working well until this last update.
I use my PyCharm in an extended monitor connected to my MacBook
- If I place my mouse on an object, 1 out of 5 times it will show docs.
- When I unplug the monitor, reboot the machine and open PyCharm again, looks like works better. Let's say 3 out of 5

Could you please check if the issue is reproducible with default IDE settings?
To restore default settings, you can use **File | Manage IDE settings | Restore Default Settings...**. Your current settings will be backed up, so you can revert to them later if needed (to do this, just import settings from the backed up folder).
If still reproduced, I'd suggest submitting an issue to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com and providing a screencast demo of the issue along with logs from **Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data**.
