Pycharm doesn't render reStructuredText code blocks correctly
The Preview panel includes the .. code-block:: statement into the preview.

Unfortunately, it has not been implemented yet.
Please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-25658/Support-code-directive in order to increase the priority.
